Is this really free?
Yes. Buyers never pay anything, and there's no obligation to buy.
Will I get flooded with calls and emails?
No. Your request goes to exactly one rep. You can message them right here in your account, and your request is never shared with other dealerships.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Submitting a request doesn't commit you to anything. Take your time, compare, and only buy if it's right for you.
How fast will I hear back?
During business hours (Mon–Sat 8 AM–8 PM, Sun noon–6 PM Central), reps are expected to message you within 15 minutes of being matched. Requests sent after hours are answered shortly after we open. If a rep is late, we're notified and follow up with them.
What if I'm not happy with my rep?
You can rate your rep from your account. We review every rating, and reps who don't treat buyers well don't stay in the network.
Can I include a trade-in?
Yes. Mark that you have a trade-in, and after you submit your request you can add photos of it so your rep can give you a better idea of its value.
