CarBuyingSolutions is a free service that connects people shopping for a vehicle with independent sales professionals. We do not sell, own or finance vehicles, and we are not a party to any purchase you make.
Sales professionals
Sales professionals work for their own dealerships, not for CarBuyingSolutions. We review sales professionals before they join and hold them to our rules, but we don't guarantee any price, vehicle, financing or outcome. Any purchase is between you and the dealership.
No cost, no obligation
Buyers never pay us anything. Submitting a request does not obligate you to buy anything.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information, submit requests only for yourself, and use the site lawfully. We may remove requests or accounts that are fake or abusive.
Guides
Our car buying guides are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Fees and rules change, so confirm the details before you buy.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, CarBuyingSolutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any dealings with a sales professional or dealership.
Sales professionals' agreement
Sales professionals using the site are also bound by the CarBuyingSolutions Sales Rep Agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
