What we collect
When you submit a vehicle request we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, the vehicle you want, your budget, your buying timeframe, trade-in details and any photos you add, and any notes you include. We also keep the messages you exchange with your sales professional and any rating you give. To prevent fake requests, we record limited technical information such as a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We use cookie-free analytics to count page visits.
How we use it
To match your request with a sales professional, let you track and manage your request, send you updates about it, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our service.
Who we share it with
Your request and contact details are shared with one sales professional who sells the brand you want. If that sales professional doesn't respond in time, your request may be moved to another one. We also use trusted service providers to run the site, such as website hosting, our database, email delivery, payment processing and spam protection. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
Text messages are optional and are only sent if you check the box agreeing to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can delete any request from your account at any time, which removes its details and photos from our system. You can also delete your entire account from your account page. For anything else, email us at carbuyingsolutions.team@gmail.com.

This service is intended for adults 18 and older.
Changes to this policy
